Other data are deleted after 5 years. Card<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1 The Card, in physical or digital format, is personal and non-transferable.<br \/>5.2 The Card is neither a payment instrument nor a credit instrument; it does not grant the User any property rights other than those provided for in the Programme.<br \/>5.3 The Promoter remains the sole owner of the Card, which is granted for use by the User.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Accumulation of points<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1 Points (hereinafter referred to as \u201cPoints\u201d) are awarded on the basis of purchases made at participating points of sale, in the amount determined by the Promoter and communicated to the public.<br \/>6.2 Points are only recorded in the User's profile at the time of validation of the transaction.<br \/>6.3 No retroactive recognition of points is permitted.<br \/>6.4 Points have no monetary value, do not constitute assets of the User and are in no way redeemable for money or goods other than those indicated by the Promoter.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Validity and Cancellation of Points<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1 Points are valid until the date communicated by the Promoter or for the entire duration of the Programme.<br \/>7.2 Upon termination of the Programme, for whatever reason, any unused Points shall automatically expire, without the User having any claim for compensation or indemnity.<br \/>7.3 The Promoter may cancel the Points accrued in the event of abuse, fraud or misuse of the Card.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Awards and Benefits<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.1 Points enable the User to obtain rewards, discounts or benefits as set out in the Programme's information materials or in the Promoter's official communications.<br \/>8.2 The Promoter may change, substitute or eliminate prizes and benefits at its own discretion, even without prior notice, due to organisational or management needs.<br \/>8.3 Prizes are not transferable or convertible into cash.<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Card loss, theft or damage<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.1 In the event of loss, theft or damage of the Card, the User shall notify the Promoter immediately.<br \/>9.2 The Promoter may deactivate and, if necessary, replace the Card in accordance with its own operating procedures.<br \/>9.3 The Promoter shall not be style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.1 Any communication relating to the Programme, including requests to update data, objections to Points or requests for cancellation, should be addressed to 400;\"><strong> Modification, suspension and termination of the Programme<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.1 The Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the Programme at any time due to technical, organisational or commercial needs.<br \/>11.2 Changes will be considered binding for the User from the moment of their publication on the official channels of the Promoter.<br BEFED CONVENTION CARDS<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2545\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2545\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FIDELITY CARD PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Background<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These general conditions of participation (hereinafter, the \u201cConditions\u201d) govern membership and participation in the convention programme promoted by <strong>Befed Franchising S.r.l.<\/strong>\u00a0 - CF\/ VAT no. 01666880933, with registered office in Bergamo, Via Madonna della Neve no. 27 (hereinafter, the \u201cPromoter\u201d).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joining the Programme implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Object<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The programme is aimed at discounts on purchases with employees\/members of affiliated companies\/associations.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Participation Requirements<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1 Only natural persons over the age of 18 who are members of the affiliated company\/association may join the Programme.<br \/>3.2 Participation is free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase.<br \/>3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the veracity of the data provided and, in the event of inaccurate or false information, to suspend or revoke the User's membership.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Adhesion to the Programme<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1 Membership is effected by completing the appropriate form, either paper or digital, with simultaneous acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy pursuant to EU Reg. 2016\/679 (GDPR).<br \/>4.2 The User is responsible for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the personal data provided.<br \/>4.3 The activation of the Agreement constitutes the conclusion of a contract between the Promoter and the User pursuant to Article 1326 of the Civil Code.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Communications and Complaints<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1 Any communication relating to the Programme, including requests to update data, objections to Points or requests for cancellation, should be addressed to <strong>fidelity@befedpub.it<\/strong><br \/>5.2 Any complaints will be handled by the Promoter in accordance with its internal procedures.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Limitations of liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for technical malfunctions, delays, service suspensions or other circumstances not attributable to intent or gross negligence.<br \/>6.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the User in connection with the Programme, including loss of Points due to technical problems, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Processing of personal data<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1 The processing of the User's personal data will take place in accordance with EU Reg. 2016\/679 (GDPR) and the information provided at the time of joining.<br \/>7.2 Users may exercise their rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR by contacting the Promoter.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.1 These Conditions are governed by Italian law.<br \/>8.2 The court of the place of residence or domicile of the User-consumer pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code shall have jurisdiction for any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Conditions; in other cases, the Promoter's court shall have jurisdiction.<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Acceptance<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By joining the Programme and activating the Fidelity Card, the User declares that he\/she has read, understood and accepted these Conditions in full.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight:
